Carers Support Centre Christmas opening times
The Carers Support Centre will close on Monday 23 December at 5pm and re-open on Monday 6 January 2025 at 10am. To see activities we have planned, visit our What's On page.
The Carers Information Service will be available for support by phone and email on Friday 27th and Monday 30th December, and Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd of January.
In an emergency, always call 999. For non-urgent medical advice, call 111.
If you need support over the Christmas period, here are some useful contacts:
- Croydon Council 24-Hour Emergency Line (020 8726 6000). If you need to contact social services, you can ask to speak to the emergency duty team.
- Carers UK's telephone helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day). The number is 0808 808 7777 and is free to call from landlines and mobiles. The Carers UK online Forum operates 24/7/365: www.carersuk.org/forum
- You can call Samaritans on 116 123 for free at any time, if you need someone to talk to.
- South London and Maudsley Mental Health (SLaM) 24 Hour Support Line (0800 731 2864).
