Low impact exercise can improve your health and fitness without harming your joints. Research suggests moderate intensity, low impact activity is just as effective as high impact activity such as running, in lowering risk of heart disease. Join our online low impact BodyFit For All class where you can exercise from home to help improve your health, lift your mood and help remain independent. Don't worry if you haven't done much for a while, these exercises are easy, gentle and fun!
