We offer free one-day training sessions on a regular basis for carers on a range of topics, such as first aid, assertiveness, stress management and moving and handling. The courses are held at a central Croydon venue and are friendly and informal, with around 15 carers in attendance. We offer free lunch and refreshments and each participant will be given a certificate of attendance. Carers are asked to pay a £10 deposit to secure their place on a course, this is fully refundable upon attendance.
