Speak to us
If you have a question about caring or you just want to talk, you can:
- Drop in to the Carers Support Centre, Monday to Friday, 10am - 4pm
- Give us a call on 020 8649 9339, option 1 on Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org
- Download our series of factsheets for carers in Croydon
- Find general information on our website
When you call or visit the centre, our advice workers will try to help you with any questions or concern you have around caring. If we are not the best organisation to help you, we will try to direct you to organisations who can help.
Please be aware that the line can get busy at times and we may not always be able to answer you straight away. If you can’t get through, leave a message with your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as we can. Try to speak as clearly as possible when leaving a message.
As well as general information and advice, we provide a casework service for carers with more complex cases, offering in-depth support and advocacy such as liaising with professionals and attending meetings. Email email@example.com or call 020 8649 9339, option 1 for more information.
