Welcome to the Carers Support Centre
Although the Carers Support Centre is currently closed to visitors as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, our services are still available by phone, email and video conferencing - SEE OUR UPDATE.
The Carers Support Centre is a drop-in advice and support centre for carers in Croydon. Home to a number of carer support organisations, carers are welcome to drop in to our Advice Desk for information, advice and support.
You can find us at 24 George Street, Croydon CR0 1PB (opposite George Street tram stop).
You can also give us a call on 020 8649 9339, option 1 or email info@carersinfo.org.uk.

When are you open?
We are open Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm (closed during Bank Holidays). Carers can also drop in to the Carers Café on Monday to Friday, 10.30am-12.30pm for a free hot drink and a chance to relax and chat.
What else do you offer?
As well as a drop-in advice service, we offer a range of wellbeing activities, workshops, advice surgeries, support groups and much more. Find out what's on this month.
Our history
The centre is run by the Carers Information Service, part of the John Whitgift Foundation. With support from the John Whitgift Foundation and Croydon Council, we opened our doors in 2013. We now have over 7,000 Croydon carers registered with our service.
